Delivery & Privacy Truthfulness

Browser-Open Delivery: In P0, notifications trigger while the app tab is open. Closed-browser / device-lock background delivery is not guaranteed until Web Push (P1) is added.
Preserved Reminders: Denying browser notification permission never removes or disables reminders; they will always remain clearly visible in Today and Calendar.
Minimal Content: Browser notifications contain only generic reminder titles. Private notes, transcripts, tokens, or personal identifiers are never included in system notifications.
